Accessing your web hosting account is easy from within the Billing Portal. It's important to keep in mind that you can have more than one separate web hosting account attached to your billing profile in the portal and you can manage these hosting plans and billing activities separately.
Direct Access From Your Primary Domain
To access your web hosting account, you can always log in directly by visiting your primary domain name followed by "/cpanel" ex. https://YOURDOMAIN.com/cpanel
You will need to know your cPanel user name and password for this particular web hosting account in order to log in. Your login credentials for the billing portal will not necessarily be the same for cPanel since it is possible to have more than one hosting account attached to your billing profile.
Accessing cPanel From The Billing Portal
The Client Area of our Billing Portal provides you with an easy way to access the web hosting control panel (cPanel) for all your web hosting accounts in one place. From the Billing Portal, you can submit Support Tickets, pay and manage invoices, find helpful articles like these, and access all the products and services you've purchased from Brightwork Creative Media-- including your web hosting accounts. To access a hosting account's cPanel, visit the "My Products & Services" section of the Client Area:
Click on the row for the hosting account you want to access and you will see the "Product Details" page for that account. From there, you can click on the "Log in to cPanel" link on the left menu, and you will be taken directly to your cPanel dashboard for your web hosting account.
